During the campaign period, if a single order placed at a "qualifying shop" has a total of JPY 8,000 or more (JPY 7,407 not including tax), and then Tenso JAPAN is used for this order, it will qualify for up to JPY 1,200 off the international shipping fee!!

Campaign Conditions

• During the campaign period, if a single order placed at a "qualifying shop" has a total of JPY 8,000 or more (JPY 7,407 not including tax), and then Tenso JAPAN is used for this order, it will qualify for the campaign.
  *A "single order" means an order with one order number. The order number is displayed on the purchase completion screen for each purchase.
  *Orders at multiple shops and multiple orders placed at the same shop cannot be added together.
  *The calculation is based on the amount before discount when points are used, and the amount after discount when a coupon is used.
• This campaign can be used multiple times.
  *For example: If you place two single orders that both have a total over JPY 8,000, you will get a total of JPY 2,400 off the international shipping fee.
• When 2 or more orders purchased from "qualifying shops" are combined together, if one of the orders is over JPY 8,000 it will qualify for the campaign.
  *If the order is combined together with items ordered from another shopping site, we will not be able to apply the discount.

• Please order while logged in to your Rakuten account.
• The next business day after the campaign ends, Rakuten will contact Tenso JAPAN regarding orders that have qualified for the campaign. The shipping fee will be automatically discounted from orders which are determined to have qualified for the campaign. Items need to arrive at the warehouse of "Tenso JAPAN" and be paid for by 23:59, 1 Jan 2019 (Tue) to qualify.
  *Even if your items are delivered to our warehouse before 1 Jan 2019, we will have to wait for Rakuten to contact us, so notification of the forwarding fee may become delayed.
  *Items delivered on 2 Jan 2019 or later and items who's shipping fee payment is late will not qualify for the campaign.
• Rakuten will decide whether or not an order has qualified for the campaign. Should we receive contact from Rakuten informing us that an order has qualified for the campaign, then the order will qualify for the campaign. Should an order qualify for the campaign, we will notify you of the discounted shipping fee.
  *In the unlikely case that the discount has not been applied, please contact Tenso JAPAN customer service, informing us of your "Rakuten Order Number" and "Tenso JAPAN Order Number".
• To confirm whether or not your order has qualified for the campaign, or to confirm the discount has been applied, please contact our customer service by 15:00, 1 Jan 2019 (Tue), informing us of your "Rakuten Order Number" and "Tenso JAPAN Order Number". Should we not receive contact from you by the deadline, we will not be able to discount an order even if it qualifies for the campaign. Also, we will not be able to deal with inquires after this deadline date.
• The shipping fee discount is up to the amount of JPY 1,200. If the shipping fee exceeds JPY 1,200, the remainder is to be paid by the customer.
  * For example: If the international shipping fee is JPY 1,200, customers will have to pay JPY 0 for shipping. If the international shipping fee is JPY 3,200, customers will have to pay JPY 2,000 for shipping.
• If you buy multiple items in a single order, the items may be shipped in several packages at the convenience of the shop. Please kindly understand that in such cases Tenso JAPAN will handle these packages separately. Please apply for our combining service if you wish to combine the packages.
  *If you wish to apply for combining, please make a request by 28 Dec 2018, and complete payment of the shipping fee for the combined order by 23:59, 1 Jan 2019 (Tue). We will not be able to give you a discount past the deadline date.
• Should the packing slip not be contained with the items delivered to our warehouse, or should the Rakuten order number not be stated on the packing slip, or should the customer's Forwarding Number (number beginning with JT) not be stated, or should the number be incorrect, the order will not qualify for the campaign.
• If the order total amount no longer fulfills the campaign conditions due to a cancelation at the convenience of Rakuten or the customer, it will not qualify for the campaign, whatever the case may be.
• Pre-order items, items that are out of stock & have to be obtained after order placement, items purchased on Rakuten auction or online shopping sites other than "qualifying shops" do not qualify for the campaign.
• The order amount does not include shipping fees or wrapping fees.
• During this Rakuten International Shipping Fee Campaign, items ordered from Rakuten are exempt from the Same Day Shipping Fee Notification Guarantee. We cannot handle inquiries after the campaign deadline.
