Tenso JAPAN Usage Guide

1. 

   Please register your email address using your tablet or smartphone.
   After registering your email address, a package arrival number will be issued.
   Please hand over your package to store staff.

2. 

   A URL will be sent to your registered email address.
   You can log in through the URL using your email address and the package arrival no.
   After logging in, please register your shipping address etc.

3. 

   After checking the contents and weight of your package,
   we will inform you of the forwarding fee via email.
   Please complete payment of the forwarding fee through the URL in the email.

4. 

   When you have paid the forwarding fee, the package will be shipped
   on the specified date or on the next working day after payment is received.
   At the time of shipment, you will be notified of the package tracking number via email.
