which is a game you play online by turning a handle and purchase items.
With this new service, you can enjoy playing a game online and get the toys stored in capsules. The toys are all very popular in Japan, and you can ship the acquired items overseas with this service.
You will not know what items you won until you actually open the capsules. So this will be a very exciting and thrilling new experience for you!

◼Additional fee to adjust for inflation

Due to the Russian incursion into Ukraine, and the surge in energy prices, the cost of packing materials, carton boxes, logistics, utilities, and personnel expenses are rising. We have been trying to pursue cost reductions and improve the operational efficiencies. However, we cannot compensate the increased costs by internal process improvements anymore.
Therefore, we regret to inform you that we will implement a price adjustment. In order to provide continuous and stable service, we will implement “Additional fee to adjust for inflation” effective April 13, 2023. We hope to get your kind understating and cooperation in this matter.

◼ Notice of Service Fee Revision 

Thank you very much for using Tenso JAPAN.
Please be advised that Tenso JAPAN will implement a price adjustment, effective March 3, 2023. We have done everything we can to manage and absorb the recent cost increases including personnel cost.
However, the cost increase in the following expenses over the past year has forced us to revise and adjust our service fees as we cannot compensate them by internal process improvements anymore. We regret to say that we are in a difficult situation now.

*Personnel cost (e.g. minimum wage, social welfare insurance)
*Utilities (e.g. electricity, gas, fuel expenses)
*Packing material cost (e.g. carton boxes, packing tape, cushioning materials)
Thus, we have decided to implement the price adjustment as we believe that this action will allow us to continue to provide the high level of service and quality to our valuable customers.


■Revised forwarding handling fee will be applied for packages delivered on and after Friday, March 3, 2023
■Revised EMS shipping fee discount rates will be applied for packages being shipped out on and after Friday, March 3, 2023

◼ “Proxy Purchase Fraud” Scam Warning


Thank you very much for using Tenso JAPAN.

Recently, a proxy purchase fraud was reported, in which a person who pretended to be a customer service staff of Tenso Japan offered a proxy purchase service privately and asked to pay the fee in advance. Then, after the payment was made, the victim could not get in touch with the disguised staff anymore.

Please note that Tenso Japan offers Poxy Purchase Services only through the “Proxy purchase Request form“ on our website. Our staff never accepts private requests nor payments outside our website.
We ask customers to be very careful and protect yourself from being scammed.
Also, please be careful not to enter your Tenso Japan ID, password or any other personal information into any social media or chatting tools.

If you became a victim of fraud, please report the fraud to the local police first.
If you have used your credit card for the payment, or made a money transfer, please contact the credit card company or the bank directly and report the fraud.


◼ Delay in delivery due to bad weather conditions

We regret to inform you that due to the effect of the severe cold wave hitting Japan,many local shipping companies announced suspension of deliveries in certain areas of Japan as well delays in delivery.
Due to the effect of this, many packages that were supposed to be delivered to our warehouse by now have not been delivered to our warehouse.

As soon as packages are delivered to our warehouse, we will proceed with our regular procedure of reception and registration of orders.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your kind understanding and patience in this matter.
