Some packages bought on Japanese shopping sites cannot be accepted/forwarded by our warehouse.

The Tenso JAPAN warehouse will refuse delivery of the packages purchased with the above methods.
Shipping fees, cancellation fees etc, charged by the shopping site shall be the paid by the customer.
