[Important] Information regarding FedEx shipments to the United States
The US customs system remains unclear due to the continued uncertainty surrounding the regulations of US Customs and authorities.
Japan Post has suspended acceptance of international mail (EMS and international parcels) destined for the US.
We continue to accept shipments to the US via FedEx.
Furthermore, since the duty-free treatment (de minimis system) that applied to imports under US$800 has been discontinued, all shipments destined for the US will be handled on a DDP (Deferred Payment of Duties) basis.
■ Regarding Tax Amounts for FedEx Shipments
When shipping with FedEx,
You will be required to pay the tax amount calculated based on past billing rates corresponding to the country of origin, along with the shipping cost, in advance.
(※This is not the previous "flat 20%" system)
■ Request Regarding Invoice Amount
The invoice amount will be entered by the customer.
Undervaluation (falsely low declaration) is illegal.
If any inconsistencies are found in the amount, we may adjust it to the appropriate price.
■ Items Requiring SDS/FDA Procedures (Important)
The following items require special permission, such as submission of an SDS (Safety Data Sheet) and FDA procedures, and therefore cannot be shipped via FedEx.

If you have a history of importing items yourself, or if you can submit the necessary documents or complete the procedures at the destination, Please contact us.
★Cases where shipping is not possible
If you cannot obtain an SDS or are unable to complete the procedures at the destination, Please wait for the resumption of international mail service before shipping these items.
